Building on a strong Egyptian–Saudi strategic partnership, Ouda Developments announced an ambitious expansion plan for 2026, aiming to strengthen its presence across several key strategic locations, primarily East Cairo—especially New Obour City, which is witnessing rapid urban growth.
In this context, Khaled Ouda, Chairman of the company, explained that the expansion strategy is based on delivering real and sustainable value to clients, rather than simply developing traditional real estate projects. He emphasized that the company aims to offer an integrated living experience that redefines the concepts of housing and real estate investment, through the application of modern urban planning approaches, in addition to providing professional post-delivery facility management services.
He noted that this strategy is supported by a strong partnership between Ebdaa Developments and the Saudi partner represented by Bravo Facility Management, which gives the company additional strength to execute high-quality projects, leveraging accumulated expertise in both the Egyptian and Saudi markets, thereby supporting its growth plans in the coming phase.
He added that New Obour City represents a key pillar in the expansion strategy, due to its significant urban development and increasing demand for residential and investment units, making it an ideal environment for new investments aligned with the state’s vision of developing integrated urban communities.
He also pointed out that the company focuses on several core principles in its projects, including modern architectural designs, optimal space utilization, and comprehensive management services that ensure the long-term quality and investment value of its developments.
Furthermore, he noted that the company has a portfolio of distinguished projects, including a new development in Obour City spanning approximately 15 feddans, featuring a variety of residential units including apartments and villas, as well as other projects such as “Golf City” in Obour, “West Golf” in New Cairo, and “Isis Cairo” in Gesr El Suez.
He explained that the company is continuously exploring new investment opportunities in promising areas, focusing on developing real estate products that meet market needs and customer expectations, adding that 2026 will witness the launch of several new projects reflecting the company’s vision for sustainable growth.
On the other hand, Saad bin Mohammed Al-Maliki confirmed that Bravo Facility Management has over 40 years of experience in the contracting sector in Saudi Arabia, where it has successfully executed major projects with total investments exceeding 4 billion SAR, in cooperation with prominent governmental entities such as the Ministry of Defense, the Air Force, the Ministry of Sports, and the National Guard, in addition to major clubs such as Al Nassr and Al Hilal.
He added that entering the Egyptian market represents a new milestone in the company’s success journey, through cooperation with one of Egypt’s leading real estate developers to implement an integrated project in East Cairo, aiming to introduce a new level of quality and services. He emphasized that the goal is not limited to a single project, but extends to building integrated communities that mark the beginning of a series of future developments in Egypt.
