The record in numbers

A track record is measured by four numbers rather than by a gallery. First, duration: the Ouda Developments team has been building in Obour City since 2001 — more than 25 years in a single city, not spread across several. Second, units handed over: 1,065 residential units delivered to clients between 2020 and 2026, alongside over 130 buildings and plots. Third, area built: more than 200 feddans inside the Golf City compound, which spans roughly 500 feddans, plus dozens of residential buildings across Districts 6 and 7 and the Isis Cairo compound. Fourth, and the one that matters most: how much of that is standing and lived in today? Here the answer is all of it — which is the difference between a record you read and a record you can visit.

How to use this page

The right way to read a portfolio page is not to scroll the photographs but to pick an address and go there. Choose a project handed over at least three years ago rather than the newest one, because the older project is what reveals how the building and its operation hold up over time. Go without an appointment, and go in the evening rather than the morning. Look at façades, entrances, stairs, lifts and landscaping — those reflect facility management, not the contractor. Then ask one resident two questions: how has maintenance been this year, and have there been water or electricity problems? One resident's answer is worth twenty slides. Run the same test on any developer you are comparing; one who will not give you an address has already answered.
