Our story
One team, one city, since 2001
We never hopped between markets. Eng. Khaled Ouda’s team started building in Obour City in 2001 and has kept building there ever since — which is why it knows the city block by block: its districts, its land and the people who live there.
In 2019 Ouda Developments was founded to bring that experience under one corporate identity. The company is young; the team behind it has been building in Obour for more than two decades.
