Practice Area is one of the zones of the Golf City compound in Obour City. Golf City is a gated compound of roughly 500 feddans, inside which Ouda has developed and built more than 200 feddans over ten years. The buildings here are finished, handed over and lived in, so you can walk the streets and inspect a unit before you pay anything — which is the real difference between buying in a completed zone and buying on paper.

- Exactly where the unit sits inside the compound. A unit on a main axis and one set back in the interior differ in daily convenience, in outlook, and in what they fetch on resale.
- The state of the utilities today, not on the master plan. Ask about electricity, water, drainage, street lighting and roads as they stand now. A zone whose utilities are complete is years ahead in practice.
- Who manages the compound after handover. Facility management is what protects the value of your unit at five and ten years. Ouda's Golf City projects are managed in partnership with Bravo of Saudi Arabia.
- Dates written into the contract. Any commitment that is not written down does not exist. Delivered units settle the question outright — you inspect and you take possession.
