Why the location matters here
Obour City is served by two main road axes — the Middle Ring Road and the Regional Ring Road — plus the Light Rail Transit (LRT) line linking Adly Mansour to the new cities: Obour, Shorouk, Badr, the New Administrative Capital and 10th of Ramadan. That puts most of Greater Cairo roughly 20 to 40 minutes away, depending on the destination and the time of day.

- Exactly where the unit sits inside the compound. A unit on a main axis and one set back in the interior differ in daily convenience, in outlook, and in what they fetch on resale.
- The state of the utilities today, not on the master plan. Ask about electricity, water, drainage, street lighting and roads as they stand now. A zone whose utilities are complete is years ahead in practice.
- Who manages the compound after handover. Facility management is what protects the value of your unit at five and ten years. Ouda's Golf City projects are managed in partnership with Bravo of Saudi Arabia.
- Dates written into the contract. Any commitment that is not written down does not exist. Delivered units settle the question outright — you inspect and you take possession.
