The practical point: you receive your unit while still mid-way through the payment plan — handover at 3 years, instalments over 6. You can live in it or rent it out while payments continue.

What “interest-free” actually means
The total you pay across the 6 years equals the unit price agreed in the contract — with no bank markup or interest rate added. This is different from mortgage finance, which is arranged through a bank and adds interest on top of the principal.
Reservation and maintenance deposits
Reservation deposit — EGP 50,000
A refundable amount paid at reservation to hold the unit and its price until contracting.
Maintenance deposit — 7.5%
Covers maintenance and compound management after handover. You can pay it alongside your instalments, or in full on handover.
Clubhouse membership
Clubhouse membership worth EGP 200,000, free for launch clients. The clubhouse spans 2,100 m² over two floors and includes swimming pools, a gym, co-working spaces and medical clinics.
