Living in Obour: what actually differs
Obour is a planned city that mixes established numbered districts, the distinguished districts, and newer expansion zones. Buyers arrive with three different needs: immediate housing with services already complete, larger upmarket homes, or an early purchase made as an investment. Delivered buildings like Rehana serve the first — you move in without waiting.

Before you buy any delivered unit — 4 questions
- Exactly where the unit sits inside the compound. A unit on a main axis and one set back in the interior differ in daily convenience, in outlook, and in what they fetch on resale.
- The state of the utilities today, not on the master plan. Ask about electricity, water, drainage, street lighting and roads as they stand now. A zone whose utilities are complete is years ahead in practice.
- Who manages the compound after handover. Facility management is what protects the value of your unit at five and ten years. Ouda's Golf City projects are managed in partnership with Bravo of Saudi Arabia.
- Dates written into the contract. Any commitment that is not written down does not exist. Delivered units settle the question outright — you inspect and you take possession.
